Thank you for your understanding! Payment Your payments are handled via PayPal in a secure manner. You do not need a PayPal account - credit or debit cards are accepted. You will be redirected to PayPal after submitting your order, where you could choose to pay with your cards or PayPal account if you have one. If you are in China, you could pay in CNY via bank transfer (due to limited access to PayPal). Please note your name and order number in the memo. Thanks! After purchasing, you may want to save your order details for the records. Shipping Orders are shipped worldwide from Beijing, China. International shipping may cost $6 - 15, it will be applied to the total amount of your order after you select your region. Packages are sent via registered mail with China Post. I'll email you the tracking number after your order has been shipped out. The addressee may be required to sign for the delivery. Please kindly note that if additional custom duties and taxes are applied, it will be the buyer's responsibility. After I receive your orders and payments, the turnaround time is 3 - 5 days as I print, pack and mail the packages. Refund and cancellation If your prints arrived damaged, please contact me at mengdi_prints@sina.com within 14 days from the day you receive the package. In case of lost items, we'll work together with the post office / delivery service to track them first. I’ve tried my best to find reliable, fast and affordable delivery solutions, but for now I’m not able to offer free international shipping, so I’ll need your help to share some of the cost ($6-15 based on where you are). Orders are shipped as registered mails with China Post. Depending on the local delivery service and processing time at the customs, it might take 2 - 4 weeks for your order to arrive. Your prints come with a protective cardboard frame and additional rigid cardboard backing, then safely put in a large bubble mailer or box, so hopefully they will arrive without damages. Why is some of the content in the shopping cart and order pages different than what we typically see on other e-commerce websites? Some content or patterns on this website (especially the shopping cart and order pages) might be a little different than other shopping websites due to translation issues and cultural differences (the online shop is powered by a Chinese company). I do appreciate the capabilities they provide and that they are constantly making improvements, but for now not all the content is customizable.
